Activity Description

Coming up in June:

15th & 22nd June – Walk around the park

A group which welcomes community members to come together and discuss any issues they may face in their day-to-day lives. 

This group aims to provide a safe, supportive, caring and confidential atmosphere for people to share, build friendships and boost their confidence. 

There will be a member of staff on hand to offer one-to-one support with scheduling appointments (either on the phone or virtually), aid with completing medical forms, support with navigating appointments, how to talk about symptoms with your doctor and patient advocacy. 

We regularly welcome medical professionals to join us at Chat and Chai.  They come along and engage in the activities and offer informal advice/ guidance where possible.

Every 2 weeks we will have a different health focus, ranging from menopause and breast care to healthy eating and lifestyle.
