Application forms are used to determine who to interview for the volunteer opportunities by way of shortlisting. If you are successful in your application and are subsequently offered a volunteering opportunity with Halifax Opportunities Trust, the data collected will be used to carry out pre-employment checks and ensure your suitability for the role. The data will then be transferred onto your personnel file. You may withdraw consent at any time to recruitment@regen.org.uk. In addition you have the right to see what information is held about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to have information removed from our system unless we are required by law or a statutory purpose to keep it and the right to complain to the Data Protection Officer if you feel that the data has not been handled in accordance with the law.
