Queens Road Neighbourhood Centre Public Consultation 2023

We are Halifax Opportunities Trust (HOT), a local charity which is based at Hanson Lane Enterprise Centre in Park ward.

We want to redevelop Queen’s Road Neighbourhood Centre, which used to be a great community centre for our local area but which hasn’t been fully open since March 2020.

The council owns the building and has asked HOT to put together a business plan which shows what the building would be used for, how we’d raise the money to refurbish the building and how we could afford to run it once it was redeveloped.

We’d love to hear your thoughts about how the building could be used and some draft designs for the building.
