ESOL Clients Visit Bankfield Museum

On 8th June 2022, in preparation for South Asian Heritage Month 2022 (18th July – 17th August 2022), learners were invited to a visit of Bankfield Museum to explore exhibits from local people throughout Calderdale and contribute their own ideas on South Asian Heritage for an upcoming exhibition.
Inclusive Integration

Our Inclusive Integration Team is committed to delivering innovative learning programmes as part of the Connecting Opportunities Project. Helping migrant families and individuals to make the most of their new lives in the UK, we’re proud to work with other local community and culture-based groups to give learners a holistic view of the area they live in and the opportunities available to them.

These programmes include ESOL (English as a Second or Other Language) from our base at Hanson Lane Enterprise Centre and as part of this, learners have a citizenship module.

Here are a few images of the visit and the great Anne Lister fashion selection, which our participants were keen to try out. What a great day.
