Helping people to find employment is an important part of our commitment to the local community. Our team of experienced Employment Advisors work with you to help you move forward, overcome barriers and get good quality jobs.

We stand out because we pride ourselves on our friendly and innovative approach and our ability to understand what local people need to achieve success – putting the job seeker at the centre of our focus. Partnership working is a key part of our support and the Trust is proud to work with local specialist organisations to enable us to deliver a holistic service to our customers. We are an established provider of government employment programmes and work closely with the DWP, Job Centre Plus and Local Authority to deliver a quality service on the ground in the community.

Work Well Calderdale is a free local support service for people who are:

  • Aged 18+
  • Employed but off work with a Fit Note for MSK or mental health conditions and need support to return to work
  • Struggling to stay well or return to work after a period of absence
  • Looking for person-centred, health & wellbeing support to rebuild confidence and re-engage with work
